As the Spectrum Manager for Sensus, I worked with Julian for nearly nine years as he provided invaluable guidance and support in our dealings with the FCC. With over 700 narrowband PCS and MAS licenses and their many thousands of associated spectrum leases blanketing the US, Julian was the backbone of our efforts to successfully lead us through numerous spectrum purchases, buildout filings, and license renewals, and was always available to support the seemingly endless spectrum lease filings for our constantly growing customer base. Julian was a knowledgeable, resourceful, organized, and friendly vital member of our spectrum team.
