Appeal an FCC Order

If you think you will want to appeal an FCC order, start planning the appeal now. Courts will not hear arguments that were not first presented to the agency. The arguments that will be raised on appeal should be presented to the FCC in comments. The goal is to build a record and preserve all possible appeal arguments.

Resolve an interference dispute

Interference disputes arise mostly in one of two scenarios: actual interference with a licensed operation or projected interference to incumbent operations from a proposed spectrum entrant. Each requires a different approach. For projected interference from a new entrant, generally, a consulting engineer should be used. Interference disputes are most commonly resolved at the FCC, although spectrum allocations can be appealed.

Julian Gehman has experience in appeals and interference disputes. Call now if you want to discuss a situation.
